Exotic & Luxury Car Rental Policy
The Rental Policy is subject to change without notice by Dream Cars of Miami.
Dream Cars of Miami (also “Dream Cars”)
Age Requirement
On most of Dream Cars inventory the minimum age to rent is 25. There are, however, vehicles that we will rent to those customers under 25 years of age for an additional charge.
Payment
American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Cash. No checks please.
Rental Agreement
Customer must have a valid Drivers License at the time of rental. We require each renter to complete and sign a rental agreement before taking the vehicle.
Insurance Requirements
Each renter will need to present to Dream Cars their full coverage rental policy (full coverage meaning a minimum liability, comprehensive, and collision required by Dream Cars).
Additional Drivers
Only the additional driver’s Drivers License and Insurance is needed. There is no extra charge.
Delivery / Pickup

Return Times
The rented vehicle must be returned on a certain time agreed upon prior to the rental. There is a grace period of one hour and one minute. If the customer passes the return time plus one hour and one minute there is a fee up to a full day of rental depending on how long it is over.
Damage Deposit Requirements
The damage deposit requested for each rental is required. It is used to cover any damages to the vehicle and/ or downtime in case of any situation. The deposit will be in cash or credit.
Cancellation Policy
Dream Cars allows you to reschedule one time for any rental with no penalty. If you do, however, need to cancel the rental completely you must do so at least 48 hours before the rental period and there will be a one day charge of whatever vehicle was rented. If within 48 hours of the rental period then half (1/2) of the rental amount will be charged.
Fuel Charge
If the vehicle is not brought back to Dream Cars with the same amount of fuel that was in the vehicle when it was received than Dream Cars will charge $5.00 per gallon of gas missing. USE PREMIUM GASOLINE! If for any reason any other type of fuel was used Dream Cars will deduct half (1/2) of the Damage Deposit
Driving Area Restrictions
The vehicle rented may only be used in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Mississippi. Remember that there ARE mileage restriction per rental. Just let us know how far you will be going and we will set up a tasteful mileage package.
Rental Breakers
The Vehicle Cannot be driven by someone with out a Driver’s License, be driven recklessly, go faster than the speed limit, be raced, be driven by anyone not on the contract (aside from valet and emergencies), tow or push anything, go offroading, be used for anything illegal, or have anything illegal in it. Basically if any ticket, fine, or any knowledge of wrongdoing by our standards comes to our attention during your time of rental, then all moneys due will fall upon you as the renter and the car will be confiscated from the renter. Be careful.
Mileage Allowance
Most of our vehicles have an allowance of 100 free miles per day. We will however work any kind of mileage package out with you. If the allotted miles are surpassed during a rental then a surcharge per mile will be charged
